Dashboard
Dashboard
Hourly in your local time, live from your links — updates every 30 seconds. Everything below is completed-day data.
Tracking links — daily change
Every tracking link's change for the chosen day — gains since the previous snapshot, best performer first. New or deleted links show up here automatically.
Loading…
Everything you manage lives here. The Tracking Links tab is just for entering numbers.
Deeplinks
Each deeplink's "copy url" uses its own mapped domain (set in Mapping below).

Mapping
Each deeplink and its path, in funnel order (how a visitor travels). A red ✗ is where the chain breaks. Plain words are in (parentheses).
Tracking links
Paste your OnlyFans tracking link names exactly as they appear in OF — one per line, in OF order.

Tag (OF link)
Account
The page loads at https://[domain]/ once that domain is connected to your worker. Page ID must be unique — same ID updates in place.
Fill this in and the domain skips the link page, going straight to that address. Visits are still counted.

Uploads to your R2 storage. JPG/PNG, under 6MB.
Optional. Uploaded here, used by any funnel link on this page's domain.

Your input sheet — enter data here and it flows to the Dashboard. Add or edit brands & links under Links Manager.
Best performing accounts (over a period)
Ranks your accounts by funnel movement in a date range — subs gained, OF clicks, and click→sub conversion. Subs are account-level (they can't be split by individual link), so this compares accounts.

Paste OnlyFans' cumulative totals for this date. Saving stores the snapshot and automatically pushes the change since your last entry to the funnels — no extra step.

Paste the two OF columns — the rows below fill in live as you paste. Check them, then Save at the bottom.

Total subs gained
The day's total subs gained across all tracking links — one number. This is what the Reels tab reads (you no longer type it there). Your per-account OF snapshot subs above are separate and unaffected.

Enter each account's Yesterday views from Creator Hero. The date defaults to yesterday, so entering on the 21st saves under the 20th — the day the views happened. Just enter and save.

Views per account
Each row is one completed day of reels views, dated for the day the views happened.
Landing page hits log
Landing page hits — counted automatically
Your worker counts these on its own. Only fill this in to override a day — for example if a domain was pointed somewhere else and the automatic count missed it. Leave blank to keep the automatic number.
Day (defaults to yesterday)
Each cell shows that account's day: landing page hits (arrivals — what the Leak Identifier uses) with button taps and the page's CTR (taps ÷ hits) beneath as a page diagnostic.
Loading…
Days before Jul 17, 2026 show low or missing counts on purpose — those old counts were mixed with button taps and could not be separated. Clean counting runs from Jul 17 onward.
One day at a time. Everything here is summed from what you already entered — reels on the Reels tab, account views and subs on Tracking Links. Nothing to fill in.

Reels ingest key
The key Claude Code uses to push reel data into this dashboard. It works on the reels ingest endpoint and nothing else — if it leaked, the worst anyone could do is add reel rows.

Both boxes must match exactly before it saves. The new login works from your next sign-in, on every device.
Team logins (extra people — full access)
Each person here gets their own username & password with the same access you have. Your own login (above) is separate and never affected. Remove anyone anytime to instantly revoke their access.

Password needs 8+ characters. It works from their next sign-in, on any device — they sign in at the same page you do.
Management report passcode (for the shareable /mgmt report)
Sets the passcode for the read-only report at ${"dash.strawberrybree.com/mgmt"}. Share the link + this passcode with management. Change it anytime to revoke access. This is separate from your login.
Every domain connected to this worker in Cloudflare answers automatically. Add them here to fill the copy-link picker.

Meta crawls · 7d
Every time Meta's crawler or any bot hits one of your pages, it's logged here. Meta reaching your page is normal and expected — because your destination is hidden from the HTML, there's nothing for it to flag. A busy page just means bots are looking; it doesn't mean you're in trouble.

Starts logging from when this was deployed — earlier crawls aren't shown. "Reports" (takedowns filed against you) can't be seen from your own server, so that column is omitted; only crawl activity, which is what you can actually detect.

📬 Repurpose schedule — pending & posted—
Pending and Posted come straight from your Repurpose account. Claude checks it (only looking, never changing anything). Just ask it to "verify Repurpose". Each pending post is matched to its file in your Dropbox folders. Posts Repurpose hasn't picked up yet are listed separately, and only those can still be edited here. For anything already in Repurpose, make the change in Repurpose. Your calendar above only shows what you clicked. Trial workflows are listed too, but a trial only posts once you press Schedule on it in Repurpose — until then it shows under "waiting on you". For posts not picked up yet, you can change a caption, move a post earlier (↑) or later (↓), or hold it (⏸). Your change shows as pending until the Reels Editor applies it to the file on your computer.
⚠ These edits only change posts Repurpose hasn't picked up yet. Repurpose checks your folders every few hours and keeps its own copy of each file. Once it has a post, changing the file here does not change what goes out. To stop or change that post, cancel or edit it in Repurpose (my.repurpose.io → the workflow → View Workflow).
⚙ Setup — accounts & recurring slots
Accounts
Each account is either Slots (recurring reel schedule with daily check-off) or Bubble (one draggable marker you drop where its schedule ends). SBXO pink, CBM green, TCB orange — add trials as new accounts.
Recurring slots (for Slots-mode accounts)
Define what posts each weekday. These auto-fill the calendar going forward; past check-offs stay as they were.
Your biggest sub days and what drove them. Set the threshold, then open a day to see its tracking links (most subs first), any unattributed subs, traffic spikes on your link pages, and the reels posted that day and the day before. Edit reel details here and they save to the Reels tab too.

Your best posts, ranked, per production lane. A hook that broke out breaks out again on the
same surface — the two measured cases kept 48–72% of the original, which still beat the
page median several times over. Niches never cross: a hook can only move between the two
surfaces of its own lane.

Management report
The shareable, read-only report for management — KPIs, subscriber attribution, the per-account table and reels by day. It opens in a new tab and is passcode-gated (set the passcode in Settings). This one's already live.
